Refund & Cancellation Policy

All massage appointments and service purchases are subject to the following policy:

• Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows and completed services are non-refundable.
• Gift cards and promotional purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If you experience a problem with your service or believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review the matter.

Refunds approved by Thai Healing Therapy will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or card provider.
